Honoree Hall of Fame

The purpose of the award is to recognize outstanding contributions to the square dance program in Wisconsin by individuals living outside Wisconsin. The criteria for the nomination involves, but are not limited to,

Called/Cued at the Wisconsin State Convention 10 or more years within the last 15 years
Called for Wisconsin Square Dance Club dances 5 or more times a year for 10 or more years within the last 15 years

How to Nominate an Honoree

Fill out the nomination form on this page, which must be completed to nominate an individual or couple to be considered for the SDAW Honoree Hall of Fame.
Please fill out the form completely, to the best of your knowledge, so the committee may review the individual(s) qualifications for admittance into the Honoree Hall of Fame.
Please make sure that you have included contact information in case there are questions or concerns by the committee.
Once the form is completed, maintain a copy for yourself, and forward the original to the President of the SDAW. This form must be received no later than December 31 of the year before the next convention.
For example: For someone to be considered to be inducted at the Wisconsin State Square & Round Dance Convention in 2026, the form must be received by December 31, 2025.
